Our Quality Assurance

We are very aware of the less reputable nurseries in our industry that give cloners a bad name. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with healthy rooted clones and to give that extra peace of mind, we have improved our delivery process!

On the day of packaging the order of clones, the client will have the option for a video call to inspect the clones prior to packaging.

The Pre-Inspection (Video Call)

When we call, we will show you our inventory for your requested strain.

Then, you choose which tray of clones you would like to inspect up close, and which clone you would like use to pull out of the tray!

• Inspect the clone has healthy roots

• Inspect the top and bottom of the leaves to verify they are healthy and have no pests

We would repeat this process of picking (at least) one random clone per tray, for as many trays of clones that have been ordered.

Also, stay on the video call to watch us pack the chosen clone trays into the boxes, to ensure no bait and switch was done!

Inspect the Delivery

We will wait for you to inspect the clones when we deliver! We are happy to open any or all of the boxes, as we are unloading, so you may further inspect the clones in person. We take great pride in our nursery and love every chance to show case our hard work. If you are unsatisfied with any of the clones, just have our delivery team take the clones back with them!

Please note, our delivery team will not be able to enter your grow facility due to our pest prevention policies. The inspection will need to be done away from the grow areas. We maintain this policy for ALL of our deliveries to protect our clients’ operations, as well as our own.
